Twenty years across enterprise software and cybersecurity. Today I run engineering for a continuous threat exposure management platform — a team, a budget and a roadmap held as one system — and I am still close enough to the implementation to make consequential decisions responsibly.

The work that interests me is the kind that cannot pause: inherited platforms that have to become products while customers are already onboarding, data models that were never designed for what is now asked of them, and the organisational side of engineering that decides whether any of it survives the person who built it.

This site is the public record of that work. It is not a portfolio and not a consulting site — it exists because the reasoning behind a decision is more useful to another engineer than the decision itself.
