What began as a scrappy little marathon group back in 2010 has since evolved into something much bigger, IronZoo: a strength training initiative focused on helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with more intention.

It started with running. I was coaching endurance athletes long before I ever touched a barbell. But along the way, life threw a curveball, a back injury that sidelined me and forced me to rebuild from the ground up. That recovery changed everything. It deepened my obsession with movement quality and reshaped how I coach today.

IronZoo is now a no-frills garage gym rooted in the belief that real strength isn’t about ego, it’s about longevity, resilience, and showing up daily, even when life doesn’t make it easy. From in-person coaching to online programming and personalized nutrition planning, I offer a grounded approach that adapts to your goals without losing sight of your reality.

After stepping away from coaching for a few years, I’m back, refocused and ready. For now, I’m offering one-on-one support and custom nutrition planning. I’ll be uploading a deeper dive into the training options soon.
